1) Go back to stock ( imp )
2) reboot to recovery
3) Wipe cache ( not imp. do only if ROM doesn't start up )
3) wipe dalvik cache
4) select install zip from sdcard and select the rom
5) reboot

1) Reboot to recovery after first boot of rom
2) wipe dalvik cache
3) flash the zip
4) Reboot
FOR BETTER RESULTS START SYSTEM TUNER , GO TO TWEAKS , BOOT SETTINGS UNDER CPU , ENABLEE JUST SD TWEAK( AS OTHERS ARE ALREADY IN MEGASCRIPT) ON BOOT AND REBOOT UR DEVICE.
